When approached by Shiroko, their key challenge was the abysmal Online sales figures, relative to the attendant in-store sales volumes of the product. Brand Cartel were tasked to develop a new brand- and creative strategy, in conjunction with established digital assets, with the sole objective being to increase online sales.
In order to achieve the set objective of increasing online sales, it was immediately apparent that the Brand Cartel needed to improve the digital marketing offering of the Shiroko brand. A Brand Audit of the various marketing elements was employed in order to pinpoint strategic areas that required focus and subsequently, improvement.
